*If you are unable to attend Packet Pickup on the day right before the race, it will be reserved for you on Race Day for a fee. There is a $5.00 fee per packet, per paid participant on Race Day, cash only. To avoid paying this fee, please attend Packet Pickup in person the day prior, or send a friend with a copy of your race barcode.
If you are unable to attend Packet Pickup, please arrive 1 hour before your wave start time to allow time to get your packet race morning.
Our races are based around a 5k structure, so you can generally expect about 3 miles of mud, walls, ropes, monkey bars, and 15+ other examples of anything we are able to fit into the unique terrain of each venue we visit. We’re consistently striving for innovation and excitement in our obstacles, so there’s always a chance you’ll see something brand new! From the moment you step off of that start line, until you triumphantly cross the finish, we hope you’re prepared to have the time of your life among so many of your new best friends in the Terrain community.
Post Race
Had a great time on course, but still not ready to go home yet? Perfect! We’d love to hang out with you for a while. In our festival area, you’ll have plenty of chances to meet and interact with our various sponsors (many of whom have free stuff to give you!), eat plenty of delicious food in order to rebuild and refuel your body after what you put it through on the course, or just kick back and reminisce about how much fun you had during your race. There will be plenty of music, fellowship, and some fun competitions where you might be able to win some free merchandise or even a free race! Every day is a new adventure, so come out and see for yourself!
There may be a CASH ONLY parking charge of up to $20 collected by the venue.

Do you want to help make this event happen? Are you looking to get a part of the Terrain Race experience while also making the experience better for the participants?
If you answered yes then volunteering is for you!
The early waves fill up quickly, so be sure to register early if that’s your goal! Though, don’t worry if you can’t make it into those, because the later waves are just as fun. If you’re racing with friends, and are having a hard time getting into their wave, here’s a tip– Have them create a team on our registration website, and then you can register as a part of that team, which will automatically place you in the proper wave time! Neat, huh?
You can check your gear for $5 (paid at the event). We will keep it clean while you get dirty.
When the team captain registers, just have them create the team at that time, and the rest of the team will be able to join during registration. Super easy! Just make sure you register for the same wave time as your team. If your team wave time is sold out, contact customer service at info@terrainracing.com.
While we strive to create an event that would be worthy of spectators enthusiastically paying to see it, we’re excited to say that there is NO CHARGE for spectators. That’s right– Your friends and family can all come watch your moment of triumph without paying a single cent to cheer you on as you cross the finish. They’ll have a great time watching you race, but they’re also fully welcome to enjoy themselves in the festival area as well. Who knows? If they’re really nice, they might even pick up your food and have it waiting at the finish line. (But hey, you’ve got to discuss that with them. See how much they love you, ya know?)
